We’re delighted to be taking the stage at this year’s TSA International Technology Enabled Care Conference, held at the ICC Birmingham on the 28 and 29 March 2022. The event brings together those working in the technology enabled care sector – primarily care commissioners and local authority staff, as well as tech startups, service providers, health professionals and carers.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Unlocking personalised outcomes: Life and living empowered by digital care” – a vision that Anthropos is truly passionate about and aligned with too. We know firsthand how much of an impact technology can have when embedded in someone’s care plan. Time and time again, Anthropos’ sensors have detected a meaningful change in an older person’s routine, and provided caregivers with crucial insights that have allowed them to adjust their client’s care plan and improve their quality of life.
This event will be our first in-person one for two years, and we’re truly excited to connect with others in the sector. We’ll be among other key speakers sharing their insights, and there will be hands-on knowledge-sharing and networking sessions to equip businesses with the tools they need to transform care through technology.

We’ll have a stand for the duration of the event (stand 25), and will be there to talk directly to people about connected care.
Anthropos’ chief marketing officer, Paul Berney, will be taking the stage on both days of the conference.
Day 1 – Innovation stage (1-1.50pm)
In this session, we’ll be discussing connected care as the key to unlocking personalised care outcomes. We believe that technology truly is the key to making this a reality.
In care today, a more complete picture of the person is required than what’s gained from caregiver, family visits and self-reports from the older person. Technology – like Anthropos – can help build a picture of someone’s daily routine, and look for significant and meaningful changes that might indicate an underlying problem.
We’ll be presenting this and giving valuable insight into how connected care works to support older people to live in their own homes for longer.
Day 2 – Knowledge and networking session (11-11.45am)
In this session, we’ll be sharing the work of a TSA Special Interest Group on proactive care services – demonstrating real life cases of how connected care can achieve better outcomes for both older people and caregivers.

Anthropos will participate in this session focussed on using data from Technology Enabled Care to achieve population health outcomes. We’ll closely examine how data is used, what kind of insights can be gained through using connected care, and the action plans that can be put in place as a result.
